Who We Are

Promise Aid Organization is a registered humanitarian NGO based in Myanmar, established by local volunteers and community leaders committed to supporting people affected by conflict, poverty, displacement, and environmental crises.

Our organization was founded to provide rapid, responsible, and compassionate assistance to vulnerable communities while working in partnership with local stakeholders to ensure culturally appropriate and community-driven solutions.

Mission Statement

  1. Basic Needs: To support communities in meeting their basic needs through timely and appropriate assistance.
  2. Resilience – To strengthen community resilience by building local capacities and promoting community-led solutions.
  3. Self-Reliance – To improve household income and self-reliance by creating inclusive livelihood opportunities.
  4. Accountability – To ensure efficient and impactful programme implementation through evidence-based research, learning, and accountability.

Our Team

Although Promise Aid Organization is a newly established NGO, our team is not new to humanitarian work. Our members bring years of experience from working with other non-governmental organizations across Myanmar.
